This is our flagship 14-19 day Grand Expedition, designed for the ultimate motorcycle adventurer. Starting from either Delhi or Manali, this all-inclusive journey traverses the entire length of Ladakh, crossing multiple high mountain passes on the iconic Manali-Leh highway. You will ride through the heart of the Himalayas, exploring remote regions like Hanle and the unparalleled Umling La, the world's highest motorable road. With premium motorcycle rentals (e.g., Himalayan 450), a dedicated support vehicle with a mechanic, and luggage transfer, every logistical detail is handled. Accommodations are a step above, featuring boutique hotels and luxury glamping experiences. This is not just a ride; it's a comprehensive Trans-Himalayan odyssey, concluding either back in Leh or in the beautiful city of Srinagar. Extensive technical support and oxygen cylinders are provided for your safety at extreme altitudes.

Solo Rider (Own Premium Bike): $2,600 - $3,100

Rider + Pillion: $4,850 - $5,200

Price includes: Premium motorcycle (Himalayan 450), all accommodation (boutique hotels/luxury glamping), 2 meals/day, support vehicle with mechanic, luggage transfer, oxygen cylinders, and inner-line permits. Exclusions: Airfare, lunch, personal insurance, fuel (unless specified), and a refundable security deposit of $120-$200.

Itinerary (Example 18-Day Expedition)

DAY 1 Arrival in Delhi & Transfer to Manali

Arrival: Arrive in Delhi. Group briefing and transfer to Manali in an AC Volvo bus or a premium SUV.

Overnight Journey: Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead during the overnight drive.

DAY 2 Acclimatization in Manali

Rest Day: Check into a boutique hotel. Rest and acclimatize. Short bike check-up and test ride in the evening.

Leisure: Explore Old Manali's cafes or visit Hadimba Temple.

DAY 3 Manali to Jispa via Rohtang & Baralacha La

Ride Begins: Hit the iconic Manali-Leh Highway. Cross Rohtang La and Baralacha La.

Scenic Ride: Pass by the stunning Suraj Tal Lake.

Overnight Stay: Luxury camps in Jispa. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY 4 Jispa to Sarchu via Lachung La

High Altitude: Ride into the vast open plains of Sarchu, the border between Himachal and Ladakh.

Stargazing: Experience an unforgettable night sky at the campsite.

Overnight Stay: Luxury glamping in Sarchu. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY 5 Sarchu to Leh via Tanglang La

Entering Ladakh: Ride through the Gata Loops and conquer Tanglang La, the second highest pass at 17,480 ft.

Arrival: Reach Leh by evening and check into a premium hotel.

Overnight Stay: Leh. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY 6 Leh Local Sightseeing & Monastery Tour

Cultural Day: Visit Thiksey, Shey, and Hemis Monasteries. Explore the Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace.

Evening: Free time to explore Leh Market.

Overnight Stay: Leh. (Breakfast)

DAY 7 Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

Khardung La: Ride to the top of Khardung La (17,582 ft). Continue to Diskit Monastery and the sand dunes of Hunder.

Overnight Stay: Luxury Swiss Tents in Nubra. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY 8 Nubra to Turtuk & Tyakshi

Northern Frontier: Ride to the beautiful village of Turtuk, opened to tourists only recently, and visit the India-Pakistan border at Tyakshi.

Overnight Stay: Nubra Valley. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY 9-18 Pangong → Hanle (Umling La) → Tso Moriri → Leh/Srinagar

The journey continues to cover the iconic Pangong Tso, the remote Hanle region with the world's highest motorable road (Umling La), the serene Tso Moriri lake, and finally returning to Leh or riding the stunning Zoji La pass to finish in Srinagar.

This expedition is fully equipped with a support vehicle, spare parts, and technical crew for the entire duration.

Expedition Exclusions

  • Government of India Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5%
  • Any kind of airfare or travel insurance
  • Lunch, snacks, and any beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic)
  • Security deposit for the motorcycle ($120 - $200 USD, fully refundable)
  • Single room supplement charge ($350 - $500 USD depending on duration)
  • Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, shopping, etc.)
  • Any costs arising from natural calamities, political unrest, or other force majeure events
  • Cost of any optional activity or service not mentioned in inclusions
  • Any damage or loss caused to the motorcycle or riding gear by the rider

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charge:

0 to 10 Days Before Departure: 100% Cancellation Fee

11 to 20 Days Before Departure: 80% Cancellation Fee

21 to 35 Days Before Departure: 50% Cancellation Fee

Booking Deposit: 50% advance to confirm the slot. Remaining 50% due 20 days before departure.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Riders must be between 18 and 50 years of age with a valid driving license. People with severe asthma or heart conditions are not permitted.

Luggage: Only soft luggage (duffel bags) allowed. Maximum 15 kg per person. Trolley bags are strictly prohibited.

Riding Conduct: Consuming alcohol/drugs while riding is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination of the tour without refund. All riders must follow the lead of the Road Captain.

Motorcycle Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $120 - $200 USD is mandatory and must be paid before the ride begins. It is fully refundable if the bike is returned without any damage.
